I do have the "Other Libraries" item in the Media Player, the server just doesn't appear underneath. My problem is directly related to not being able to enable the "Allow Internet Access to Home Media" option in the Surface media player. Any ideas? No matter what I try it will still only play the same 13 songs. My Xbox and my phone will still stream everything on my secondary and older computer running Windows 7 but the 8.
I'm hoping its just maybe something I overlooked and it can be fixed without too much trouble. I would like to be able to listen to the music while I'm playing my Xbox without having to transfer the music to the other computer first. This thread is locked.
